Are you interested in being healthy? | 09/15/2014
Sure everyone wants to be healthy, but do you do what you can to make sure you are? I try very hard to be healthy, eat the right food, take an interest in books and studies relating to nutrition etc. I go to the gym and have active hobbies, but then I am young.
But when I look at everyone else, people seem to just not care, why? Is it too expensive to eat well, too confusing? Do the supermarkets not make it easy enough to buy the healthy stuff? Maybe its too much effort?
Personally I am...

Phones4U - What lessons can we learn? | 09/15/2014
Phones4U called in the administrators today because both Vodafone and now EE didnt renew their contracts with them. As both Vodafone and EE announced this less than a month apart it left what appears to be a profitable business with 550 shops in a complete mess.
However, an EE spokesman said "driven by developments in the marketplace that have called into question the long term viability of the Phones 4U business". Was the question over their viability about their business or because they had...

Options to separate business | 09/15/2014
I am in process to start a project which I expect to be funded initially by my current business. When the project reaches a good state, I would like run it as a separate business. The reason for separation is, I will expect this new project to involve new partnership and possibly an outsourcing element for software development.
Could you please advice the legal options available?
Looking forward for your help.
Request for an eCommerce mentor | 09/15/2014
I'm looking for a mentor who's success and knowledge comes from eCommerce.
In the last year I have really changed my mindset and learnt a great deal about business. It helps that I had a Kindle for my birthday last year and so I've read a few business books too. (Note: I've had eBay and eCommerce stores before but I feel that I now have goals, where as before it was more of a hobby and to make money.)
Anyway, I'm launching a product based business in 4 weeks with a crowdfunding...

Password compromised | 09/15/2014
We just received a spam email to our business gmail but instead of addressing us by name, it addressed us by our full password.
I can't understand why someone would do this. If you hacked an email address, why would you let the person know you had their password? Anyone had anything similar happen?

Eaby dispute. As a seller can I win? | 09/15/2014
Having been using Ebay as a seller for 6 months. Recently, I had a un-happy experience.
One customer purchased one of my products on ebay and paid on the same day. The item was send to him the following day. Before he received the product, he emailed me asking to pay extra fee to exchange the advanced version of my product(I list this advanced product on Ebay as well). He told me he will return the old product back immediately once he received. I TRUSTED him and send the new product to him on...

video clip on home page | 09/15/2014
I'm not 1 for scrolling banners on a home page as in my opinion they're worthless. I am however considering changing my static image to a short video clip.
What are peoples opinions on this? Are they a turn off or is it a great way to get customers to stay on site and become interested?
EDIT: I should add that it wouldn't be a talking video of some company bod giving it the BS, just some guy using some of our products with the emphasis on the range and quality of the equipment we make,...
