30g item = £2.80 postage - erhmm - EEK! | 02/28/2015
So I use Royal Mail to post orders out (it's a convenience thing) ...presently post office counters (retail prices), but moving to Business account over the next week or two.
I have a couple of products that are very light (30g), but becuase when packed the package is 30mm (i.e. thicker than 25mm 'large letter format) , it goes into the small packets category...at the moment that means a whopping £2.80 2nd class ...the item isn't much bigger than two matchboxes sitting on top of one another....

Taking Apple to Court ...Need some help | 02/28/2015
I bought a MacBook Pro 15 Retina in October 2013.
I work out in China and in order to use things like Facebook we need to use VPN (Virtual Private Network) etc etc. Now every 6months or so some of these VPN are blacklisted by the state and thus it can pose problems on other sites and even at some hotels because the Mac address / Network card is blacklisted. My Airport Network Card MAC address has been blacklisted, the easiest way to remove this blacklisting is to replace the card...

Label printers | 02/28/2015
Need some advice on these, specifically which models support ASCII for label content and not just commands.
Dymo SE450 appears to fit the bill but its three times the price of the normal 450.
Second longer shot is whether anyone has experience of preparing a raster from CSV data in something like Perl or PHP on the command line.
The plan is roughly to associate the CSV download with a little command line program that will parse the CSV and send the data straight to the label printer.
Best Theme from SEO perspective? | 02/28/2015
Okay, so there are parent themes child themes, boostrap, page builders, code bloat etc etc.
Other than having a custom built site, is there an 'ideal' theme or list of things to look out for to get the best from a SEO perspective?
I have an existing site that to be honest, I'm tempted to just ditch in favour of a new theme with tweaking where necessary. But with far too many themes to pick from, I'd rather narrow it down by what is possibly the most important thing to start with, SEO....

Apologies if something like this has been asked before - I did a quick search and nothing came back similar...
Back in the distant past I was approached to develop a system for a company. The company were hoping to get a loan to finance the development, but this fell through. As I was in between work at the time, I offered to code the system in return for a % of the company. We agreed 10% (later upped to 15%) and I started work. As well as myself, another party was given 7% of the...
