Jack is a thirty-year veteran of Westin Hotels & Resorts. He started his training in the kitchen and advanced to Banquet and Food & Beverage Manager. While at Vancouver’s Westin Bayshore Resort & Marina, Jack was very proud to be a leader in the team that had been named 'Hotel of the Year' in Canada by over 30,000 members of the Canadian Professional Sales Association in seven of eight consecutive years, up to and including 1998. In 1996 Jack received Westin Hotels’ coveted 'Thurston Dupar Inspirational Award' for modeling exemplary service standards to guests, to the hotel and to fellow employees.
Jack also worked for three years in project management and training in the opening of several Starwood properties throughout the United States and Canada. Jack Joined TBA in 2001 and has worked on many high-level programs for TBA, such as Visa International, Hartford Insurance and SunAmerica
