I have 22 years of experience in roles that cut across all aspects of digital and web technologies. I mainly focus on management now, through project management, business analysis and user experience and remain up to date with best practice by in many cases setting it in place. I am also heavily involved in business advocacy with my clients often effecting change in fundamental business practice in order for them to gain the best advantage from digital media.
I work mainly in central London, but am available in other locations.
I am involved in defining new concepts, strategies, requirements, governance (ISO/IEC 38500) and solutions that support businesses and organisations involved in high volume transaction technologies for e-commerce, banking systems, social media, mobile, software, applications, WCMS, enterprise CMS, enterprise search and intranet systems.
I work with clients whose main focus is increasing transaction frequency and accuracy through the provision of context focused, user centered and responsive interactive systems. I strongly believe that 'one size does not fit all' and am able to track change and innovate to assist my clients in extending their current reach and effectiveness.
I am an expert partner for digital projects including; senior management, concept creation, strategy, end-to-end definition services, system architecture, IA/UX (ISO 9241) and Agile project management. I fully understand digital - strategy, business analysis, solutions, architecture and online marketing and am able to do the job as well as talk about it.
On perm roles (as I keep getting asked) I work on multi-million (£&$) projects so expect to get mid six figure offers.
