As the Sales & Marketing Administrator for the Recruiting Team, Pamela has the exceptional ability to take a concept, thought or idea and create a brand. Responsible for the image and brand of the Recruiting division, Pamela communicates our unique value proposition to the market through the creation of marketing materials and proposals.
Having received her Certificate in Human Resource Management (Honours) from the University of Manitoba in 2001, Pamela went on to complete the Digital Multimedia and Technology Program (Gold Medal) at Red River College in 2004. Her previous experience includes National Program Coordinator and New Media Designer for the Women in Media Foundation – a national program dedicated to encouraging young girls to enter non-traditional fields in TV and Film – and Project Control Officer for IBM. Her human resource background combined with her exceptional organization and creative abilities make her an excellent fit for the recruiting division at People First.
Pamela is truly passionate about the Arts. During the day she brings this passion and natural talent into her work environment, sharing her creativity with her colleagues and others she comes into contact with at People First. Her passion continues at the end of the work day, as she pursues her personal interests in the arts and cultural community in Winnipeg. Pamela is an active member of Winnipeg’s vibrant arts community and part of a group of artists working to beautify the downtown core.
