My professional mission is to help people get the job of their lives, and help organizations to put the right persons on the right places. As such, I help to create a more emotional intelligent workplace. I'm specialized in making models of excellence, e.g. to help organizations figure out what are the key characteristics of their top performers (in terms of attitude, motivation & competencies), in order to recruit, train and/or coach others so that the organizational potential increases. In order to make my own competencies available to other consultants, I started jobEQ.com. jobEQ has grown into a network of partners who are active in more than 20 countries. I now spend most of my time helping other consultants to use jobEQ's tools. I'm also the author of several books, including 2 which are available in English: "7 Steps to Emotional Intelligence" (2001) and "Mastering Mentoring & Coaching with Emotional Intelligence" (2004). I'm available for keynote speeches, workshops and seminars on the topic of "emotional intelligence @ work". I'm frequently attending conferences as speaker.
